During checkout you will be asked for:

- Your billing / shipping address, must match
- Your phone number (where you can be reached during the day)
- Your email address (where we can send correspondence about your order)

We offer 3 ways to purchase:
Order Online - To order, you select your color and click the “add to cart” button. You may increase the quantity once the item has been placed in the cart. Once you have completed your order, you may begin the checkout process.
Order by Fax - Click to download our Order Form (PDF) below. Fill out the Order Form and fax it to number on the form.
Order by Mail - Click to download our Order Form (PDF) below. Fill out the Order Form and mail it to the address on the form.

Payment Options | to the top
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
All Credit Card charges will appear as Warrington Investments LLC,WI LLC or www.wigs-us.com.
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original payment method. Please see Back-Orders for information on how we handle back-orders.
Sales Tax | to the top
We are located in Texas and are required by law to collect Texas Sales Tax.
If you reside in a state which imposes a use tax, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Internet sales are not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed at the time of purchase and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
Order Processing | to the top
Orders begin processing within a few hours of being placed. Once an order is in processing, it cannot be changed in any way. Depending on product availability, some orders may take up to 3 additional business days to ship. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected.
Order Changes | to the top
We will do everything we can to accommodate changes to your order while it is still pending. We do not assess a fee for order changes for in stock items, although your changes may incur additional charges. Please email Customer Service for assistance.
Once your order is in processing, no order changes or cancellations can be made.
Special Orders | to the top
We carry a very large number of styles and colors; however, your color may not be in stock at this time or it is not made in your desired color. In these cases, we can special order your style and color direct from the manufacturer. These orders are subject to order minimums. We offer this service at no additional charge at this time. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.
Inventory and Back Orders | to the top
We carry over 10,000 wigs in stock every day. In certain cases, we do not have real time inventory available. If you need to have a certain color, please request a stock check before placing your order to avoid a Back-Order situation.
On occasion, a back-order situation may arise when there is insufficient stock to fulfill your request. If this happens on your order, your credit card will remain charged. You will be placed on a priority list for the item when it becomes available. We will notify you as soon as we can with the back-order information and any available ETA for its arrival. For your convenience, we may also offer color or style substitutes which may be available for immediate shipment.
As soon as the item becomes available, we will ship via the original shipping method selected.
If the timing will not work for you, please respond to the order status/back-order email to cancel the order.
Communication | to the top
Most of our communication will be done via email. This allows us to communicate more quickly to provide you the answers you need. Failure to provide a working email address during checkout may result in delayed communication about your order status, shipment tracking, etc. We are able to leave certain comments about your order in the Order Status. Certain issues like Returns or Exchanges are only handled in writing via email and Order Status.

Order Cancellations |to the top
Most orders are shipped well within the 1-2 business day order processing time. This does not give much time for second thoughts. We accept order cancellations as long as you notify us before your item has been shipped. Special order items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
We cannot accept cancellations after your order has shipped. Refused shipments will incur a 50% unauthorized return fee plus all applicable shipping fees.
Track Your Order | to the top
You may always see your Order Status by going to Order Status link at the top of the home page. You will need the Order Number and the billing zip code.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. The email will contain a link to the Track & Confirm web application with your information already embedded. Just click on the link to be taken to the carrier’s website for the most update information.
Shipping Delays | to the top
We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to incorrect addresses, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that transit times do not include the day of shipping, weekends or holidays.
Lost Packages | to the top

Damaged or Defective Merchandise | to the top
Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise. We will issue a return authorization to inspect the merchandise. If found to be damaged or defective, we will ship an exact replacement at our cost and reimburse for return shipping. Items which are not found to be damaged or defective will be determined to be Ineligible for Exchange or Refund.
Return & Exchange Policy | to the top
We want you to be happy with your order. We offer free exchanges for all eligible products. Additionally, we offer returns for all Eligible products. Please read the Return/Exchange Policy page for all details.
Chargebacks, Fraud & Theft | to the top
In order to counteract credit card fraud, we have increased our Fraud Detection requirements. Your order may be initiated and then held pending a review if it triggers one of our fraud filters. You may be asked for additional information in order to complete your order. Upon receipt and confirmation of the information, your order will be processed and shipped.>
Theft and credit card fraud with not be tolerated. If you purchase our products, and then file a charge back with your credit card company, YOU WILL BE PROSECUTED for theft of merchandise. Upon reversal of the charge back, a research fee will be charged to your account to cover the investigative expenses imposed by the credit card company. (Minimum $30.00)
We reserve the right to block anyone who does not adhere to our policies. Should a buyer desire to place another order, the order plus the reimbursement of the investigation fee shall be paid only by USPS Postal Money Order. Orders will only be placed via fax or mail order. Additionally, no returns or exchanges will be allowed on any orders.

International Order Issues | to the top
Please be aware that some international credit cards do not participate in the Address Verification System. We hold these orders up to 5 business days while we confirm your credit card information.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Color Issues | to the top
The color you see on your monitor may differ from the actual color due to your display settings. Please use the manufacturers’ color charts provided and the Color Description Index to help you determine which color best suits you. If you are in doubt, please send an email for clarification.
Our 800 number representatives can assist you in placing an order; however, they are not color specialists. If you would like assistance determining the best color for you, please request an appointment with a color specialist.
Wigs US is not responsible for color recommendations made by our representatives not meeting your expectations. We give the description of a color as accurately as possible, but these descriptions are subject to opinion person-to-person. For best results, please purchase a color ring for the most accurate color choice prior to purchasing your wig.
Digital Images Disclaimer | to the top
Many of the main images for each of our products are supplied by the manufacturer. These are often stylized images shot by professional photographers under optimal conditions. We work very hard to provide many additional images of our products which are shot in natural light and which are not styled. While we work hard to show the piece as you will receive it, your personal results may vary and are not guaranteed.

Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes. We reserve the right to cancel any order with an error.
