Special Order Information

We carry a very large number of styles and colors; however, for a variety of reasons, your color may not be in stock at this time. If you would like to expedite the order to you, you may special order your desired color.

• We will special order your color and ship it to you - usually within 10 days.
• We offer this service at no additional charge at this time.
• We offer a Rush Service on Special Orders. You can add this service to your order - Rush Shipping
• Special Orders cannot be canceled and are not eligible for exchange or return.
• In the case of Special Orders, your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order.

If for any reason your special order item will not be available to ship to you within 14 days, we will notify you. You will be given the choice of waiting for the stock (if we have an estimated time of arrival) or you may cancel your order.

If your order contains multiple items including a special order item, we will hold your entire order to ship together. If you would prefer to ship these separately, we suggest that you place any special order items separately.
