Shipping Information

We offer flat rate shipping to most locations worldwide.

  • We ship on business days, Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and U.S. Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send an email containing the mode and date of shipment and tracking information.
  • We do not offer same day or "overnight" shipping due to order processing times.

All items are mailed in discreet packaging. We take your privacy seriously.

In order to expedite your order, certain items may ship separately from other items in your order at no additional charge.


International locations (typical transit times not including customs clearance)

If you use Paypal to purchase, please note Paypal requires a signature upon receipt for all packages with a value over $750.00. If your package requires a signature due to this Paypal requirement, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the GXG service. This is a Paypal policy and is not optional. We regret the inconvenience.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Packages returned for wrong address

If your package is returned due to an address issue, we will contact you immediately to make arrangements to reship your item. Re-Shipping fee will apply.

Lost Packages

We do not insure domestic US shipments unless requested in advance of the shipment. Additional fees will apply.

If you are concerned about losing your package, please select Standard Ground - Signature Required. This will ensure you will have to sign for your package. If you are not home, you may have to make arrangements with the carrier to pick or have the package re-delivered when you are home.

If your package does not arrive within the stated time frame, please contact us. We will work with you to locate your package. If necessary, we will initiate a carrier inquiry on your behalf. We will notify you upon completion of the inquiry. Carrier investigations can take up to 60 days depending on the destination.

If the carrier determines that the package is lost, then we will file all of the required paperwork on your behalf to request reimbursement for the lost package and a refund of postage fees, if the package was insured. We do not issue refunds or ship replacements for lost packages. We will forward all proceeds we may receive from the carrier to you upon receipt.

If the carrier determines the package was not lost or the delivery confirmation shows that the package has been delivered, then we consider the package delivered. You may take it up directly with the carrier if you believe that your package has been stolen or mis-delivered. Please contact us for information on how to file a Lost Mail/Rifling Report or a UPS lost package claim.

Refused Packages

If you refuse your package, we will treat it as Return for refund. Restocking fees apply.
