My wigs aren't wet anymore after I have a hot flash. It keeps my head warmer when it is cold outside and keeps me cooler when it is hot outside. I don't have to wash my wigs as often, it is amazing. I would recommend this for any wig or hat wearer. My husband uses the liners under his golf and running caps and my son under his ball caps and football helmet to stop the sweat from rolling into his eyes. They work!
