I have learned that if you Staple the elastic bands as tight as you need them the wig fits great! Just a helpful tip ladies. I've been wearing this wig for about 5 years.
Fits too loose by Deborah (Rural Missouri )
I ordered this in H24/27 and love the color and cut. It fits large on an average head, even with the elastic tabs pulled as tight as they'll go. It has no permatease, which is a big plus for me. I got into trouble when I went to the hairdresser to have the bangs shortened a little. Because the hairline band in front isn't snug, the bangs popped up into a cowlick, and the wig is ruined. This could be a five-star wig for a large head, but it shouldn't be sized as an average.

I love the style and the color I got (RS32) but I find that the wig fits big. I have it adjusted to be tight but it is still loose. I have another wig by New Look that fits big too. I don't think I'll be ordering any more wigs my New Look.
