We are committed to keeping your personal information secure and private. Our site uses 128–bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure from theft. Additionally, your credit card information passes directly through the most secure and encrypted channels directly to the credit card processor. At no time is your credit card information contained, retained or stored on our servers.

You may order 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
During checkout you will be asked for:
- Your name
- Your billing and shipping addresses, if different
- Your phone number (where you can be reached during the day)
- Your email address (where we can send correspondence about your order)
- All pertinent credit card or other payment information
We offer 3 ways to purchase:
Order Online - To order, you select your color and click the “add to cart” button. You may increase the quantity once the item has been placed in the cart. Once you have completed your order, you may begin the checkout process.
Order by Fax - Click to download our Order Form (PDF) below. Fill out the Order Form and fax it to number on the form.
Order by Mail - Click to download our Order Form (PDF) below. Fill out the Order Form and mail it to the address on the form.
Please note: Online discounts, coupons, shipping rates and sales do not apply to Fax or Mail orders.

Payment Options | to the top
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept Paypal (credit card and eCheck).
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. Please note if you use Paypal eCheck, your order is not complete until we receive notification from Paypal that payment has cleared (up to 5 business days).
Our company name - Wigs US or Warrington Investments LLC - is the name shown on your bank or credit card statement.
We also accept U S Postal Money Orders for orders by mail only. (see Order Form above). We do not accept personal checks.
We collect a 8.25% Sales Tax for all shipments within the State of Texas.
Order Processing | to the top
Orders begin processing immediately and usually ship within 2 business days. If your order cannot ship within 4 business days you will receive an email with an explanation and an estimated shipping day.
If you would like to purchase a color not in stock, you may select a Special Order color. Special Orders are at no additional charge and generally take 7-10 business days to arrive in our warehouse prior to shipping.
When you are placing an order, please make sure to double check the accuracy of the shipping address, especially apartment numbers. Incorrect addresses or partial addresses can result in delayed or lost deliveries. In most cases, the package will be returned to our facilities. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address, we will contact you to make arrangements to reship to your correct address (fees apply). We are not responsible if the package is sent to the incorrect address and is not returned to us for re-delivery.
Please make sure to include a working email address that you check often. Email is our preferred method of communication. We will notify you via email of any changes that we may need to make to your order or delivery method. We will attempt to contact you via email. We will put your order on hold until we receive a response to our emails.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Order confirmation emails are automatic once your order has been processed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with the delivery confirmation information enclosed.
If you need to contact someone in customer service, we encourage the use of email for the fastest response time. You may send emails and facsimiles at any time. We strive to answer all inquiries within 2 hours of receipt during business hours and many times much quicker. Since email is our preferred method of communication, please check your email for our response.
Sales Tax | to the top
We are located in Texas and are required to collect Texas Sales Tax.
If you reside in a state which imposes a sales or use tax, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Internet sales are not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed at the time of purchase and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

- $9.95 - USPS Priority Mail – Signature Required (generally 4-7 business days)
- $29.95 - USPS Express Mail (generally 3-5 business days
* Free shipping offers are for Domestic USPS Priority Mail service only and cannot be combined with any other coupons or applied to any other shipping services.
Order processing usually takes 1-3 business days. Some items can take up to 5 business days. Special order items can take up to 10 business days.
Express mail delivers next business day to most locations. However, some locations can take 2 days. Please see the USPS for most accurate transit time to your location.
Packages with a value over $200.00 may be sent with signature required.
In order to expedite your order, certain items may ship separately from other items in your order via UPS ground at no additional charge.
International locations
- $24.95 - USPS Priority Mail International – Canada Only (transit time generally 9-12 business days after shipping plus customs)
- $36.95 - USPS Priority Mail International (transit time generally 9-12 business days after shipping plus customs)
- $49.95 - USPS Express Mail International (transit time generally 5-8 business days after shipping plus customs)
We only ship on business days, Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and U.S. Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Please note that due to carrier restrictions, shipping transit times are business days only, and do not include the day of shipment.
Once your order is shipped, we will send an email containing the mode and date of shipment and delivery confirmation information.

We do not offer "overnight" shipping due to order processing times.
We ship to P. O. Boxes. All items are mailed in discreet packaging. We take your privacy seriously.
Special Orders | to the top
We carry a very large number of styles and colors; however, for a variety of reasons, your color may not be in stock at this time. If you would like to expedite the order to you, you may special order your desired color. We will special order your color and ship it to you usually within 10 days. We offer this service at no additional charge at this time. For more information on Special Orders, see our Special Orders Information page.
Order Changes | to the top
We will do everything we can to accommodate changes to your order while it is still pending. We do not assess a fee for order changes for in stock items, although your changes may incur additional charges. Please email Customer Service for assistance.
Once your order is in processing, no order changes or cancellations can be made.
Price Match Guarantee |to the top
If you find any item at a lower price either before your purchase or within 7 days of your online purchase, we will match the price. Read the whole Price Match Guarantee.
Order Cancellations |to the top
Although we state a 1-2 business days for order handling, most orders are shipped the next business day. This does not give much time for second thoughts. We accept order cancellations as long as you notify us before your item has been shipped and your order does not contain any special order items. Special order items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
We cannot accept cancellations after your order has shipped. Refused shipments will incur a 50% unauthorized return fee plus all applicable shipping fees.
Track Your Order | to the top
You may always see your Order Status by going to Order Status link at the top of the home page.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the Delivery Confirmation for your US Post Office shipment. The email will contain a link to the Track & Confirm web application with your information already embedded. Just click on the link to be taken to the USPS website for the most update to delivery confirmation information.
Shipping Delays | to the top
We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to incorrect addresses, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that transit times do not include the day of shipping, weekends or holidays. For Express shipments, please check to make sure one day Express Mail service is available to your location as we do not control the delivery USPS schedule.
Lost Packages | to the top
We do not insure domestic US shipments unless requested in advance of the shipment. Additional fees will apply. If you are concerned about losing your package, please select USPS Priority Mail - Signature Required. This will ensure you will have to sign for your package. If you are not home, you may have to go to your local post office to pick up your package.
If your package does not arrive within the stated time frame, please contact us. We will work with you to locate your package. If necessary, we will initiate a US Postal inquiry on your behalf. We will notify you upon completion of the postal inquiry. Postal investigations can take up to 60 days depending on the destination.
If the US Post Office determines that the package is lost, then we will file all of the required paperwork on your behalf to request reimbursement for the lost package and a refund of postage fees, if the package was insured. We do not issue refunds for lost packages. We will forward all proceeds we may receive from the USPS to you upon receipt.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise | to the top
Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise. We will issue a return authorization to inspect the merchandise. If found to be damaged or defective, we will ship a replacement at our cost and reimburse for return shipping.

We want you to be happy with your order. We offer free exchanges for all eligible products. We offer returns for all Eligible products. Please read the Return/Exchange Policy page for all details.
Privacy Policy | to the top
We take our customers privacy very seriously. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose our customer information (except as required by law).

You may shop with us 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Our customer service representatives are also available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, our shipping department observes all of the following Holidays:For 2012:

International Order Issues | to the top
Please be aware that some international credit cards do not participate in the Address Verification System. We hold these orders up to 5 business days while we confirm your credit card information. If you would like to expedite your order, you may use Paypal.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Color Issues | to the top
Please understand the color you see on your monitor may differ from the actual color due to your monitor settings. You must go by the wig color code and our written description, not the picture. Please use the manufacturers’ color charts provided and the Color Description Index to help you determine which color best suits you. If you are in doubt, please send an email for clarification.
Our 800 number representatives can assist you in placing an order; however, they are not color specialists. If you would like assistance determining the best color for you, please request an phone appointment with a color specialist.
Wigs US is not responsible for color recommendations made by our representatives not meeting your expectations. We give the description of a color as accurately as possible, but these descriptions are subject to opinion person-to-person. For best results, please purchase a color ring for the most accurate color choice prior to purchasing your wig.
Digital Images Disclaimer | to the top
Many of the main images for each of our products are supplied by the manufacturer. These are often stylized images shot by professional photographers under optimal conditions. We work very hard to provide many additional images of our products which are shot in natural light and which are not styled. While we work hard to show the piece as you will receive it, your personal results may vary.
Website Corrections | to the top
Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes. We reserve the right to cancel any order with an error.
Account Termination | to the top
We reserve the right to refuse to process orders from anyone who does not agree with or refuses to follow our Policies (including these Store Policies, Conditions of Use and End User Agreement as posted), for excessive returns or cancellations or who is offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise threatens our company.
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse to honor exchange requests from buyers who abuse our process or have excessive requests.
