EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Your Satisfaction is our Goal! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE!
No Restocking Fees for your eligible exchange. Shipping charges will apply.
- No restocking fee will apply for exchanges of eligible exchange merchandise.
- Any promotional items included originally with the product must also be returned. If promotional items are not returned, retail costs of these items will be deducted from the exchange.
- If free shipping coupon was used, or if there were split shipments for the order, $6.95 will be deducted from the exchange value.
Need your exchange product now? Place a new order online. Note the new Order Number on your Exchange Request Form. When we receive and process the eligible exchange product, we will issue a refund of the value of the wig without restocking fees. (Free shipping will be deducted from refund, if applicable.)
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see return product eligibility below).
- A 25% restocking fee will apply for all returned merchandise.
- Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining (less shipping) will be refunded to the original payment method in your original order.
- Any promotional items included originally with the product must also be returned. If promotional items are not returned, retail costs of these items will be deducted from the refund.
- If free shipping coupon was used, or if there were split shipments for the order, $6.95 will be deducted from the refund.
How To Return for Exchange or Refund
- To request a Return Authorization, please fill out this Exchange Form within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. For exchanges please include your exchange request. For refunds, please select Other and leave details in the comments section.
- We will issue an RA number. We will send the form as an attachment to the email address provided.
- Print out and complete the form and return it with your return item.
- Return the item to our facility in a box to protect the item in transit. Mark the RA number on the outside of your box.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- We are not responsible for any damage which occurs as a result of the return shipping or lost packages.
- For Refunds, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- For Exchanges, we will bill the payment method requested in the Return Authorization form for the cost of return shipping and any difference in the cost of the wig.
- For Exchanges, replacement wigs will incur a shipping charge of $6.95 (Domestic US). For International returns we offer the choice of First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.
- Free shipping offers do not apply.
Exchange and Return Product Eligibility
- In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
- Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
- Exchange or Refund must be requested within 3 days of receiving your original order. Use Online Form to initiate Exchange or Refund.
- Costume wigs, last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items, price-matched and wholesale orders and any item which is not found to be damaged or defective (if so claimed).
If your product is ineligible for exchange or refund, we will email you the option of:
- Returning the item(s) to you at your cost OR
- Issue a store credit for 50% of the value of the wig for a future purchase. The value of any coupons will deducted before issuing store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund any item which is returned in unacceptable condition.
You must receive authorization for any items being returned to us for exchange or refund.
- Unauthorized returns will incur a 50% restocking fee less shipping and other discounts received.
- Remaining balance will be issued as a store credit unless other arrangements are made.
- Shipping is not refunded.
