Price Match Guarantee
If you find any eligible item at a lower price either before your purchase or within 7 days of your Wigs US purchase, we will match the price within the following guidelines.
- The competitor must be an authorized internet retailer advertising the identical product and the item must be in stock.
- The product must have the authorized price and it must be displayed on the product page. We can not match email price quotes, print catalogs, eBay items or international websites.
- The Item (color and style) must be in stock and available to purchase (not back ordered or temporarily out of stock).
- Price match requests for an item you have already purchased must be submitted within seven (7) days from the original date of purchase.
- We only sell new, unopened items. We do not match competitors' sales price, bonus or free offers, special offers, rebates, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise.
- Price match does not apply to any costume wigs, Lacey wigs, wig care accessories or hair care products.
- Price match cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, etc.
- All sales final on price matched items. No exchanges allowed.
