Paris Jackson Starts New Trend

Imagine being the offspring of the most famous and infamous entertainer of our time. The three-year anniversary of the untimely and shocking death of the controversial pop singer Michael Jackson just passed, and his daughter Paris Jackson has made headlines — again. Besides speaking to Oprah Winfrey about the trials and tribulations associated with being so loved and hated at a young age, and addressing cyber-bullying and the struggle to overcome some of the stigma associated with her fathers life, Paris Jackson is noted to have began a new trend in her style.

Bangs are a timeless style that may seem less than newsworthy; however, in a generation where wild colors, razor cuts, and other styles have taken over — Paris has decided to keep it simple and classy. To complement long tresses that flow past her shoulders, her straight bangs really bring out other features in her youthful face that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Some people like bangs but are hesitant to commit to a cut that may or may not be what they want in a week or months time. Thankfully, wiglets, hairpieces, and wigs give you an option of trying before you make the choice to cut or not to cut. Bangs may be a commitment to a style that seems less than versatile, but they really are an enhancement to several face shapes, and styles. They can be swept to the side, worn in the front, or pinned back for a 50’s type hump that makes any ponytail more fashionable.

You do not have to go with the crowd. Wear what makes you most comfortable and bring out the features that you like most about yourself. Bangs are an eternal “accessory” for any woman. Be yourself — everyone else is already taken!
